Skilled Nursing Center and Assisted Living Communities: Our Partners to Help You Create Special Moments
While we will provide care in a patient’s home whenever possible, sometimes, this is not an option. Hospice or palliative care can be given in a nursing center or assisted living community. We coordinate with facility staff to develop a plan of care focusing on comfort and quality of life.
Costs for services in long-term care facilities are usually covered by Medicare or other insurance. However, we never turn anyone away based on their ability to pay. We view this as a sacred trust, and we pride ourselves in being the nonprofit hospice of choice for the surrounding area for more than 42 years.
Our team will strive to ensure that patients and families receive the maximum benefit available through our services.
