As Spiritual Care Coordinator, you will:
• Provide individualized spiritual support and counseling to patients and families facing serious illness or end of life transitions.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, and social work teams to integrate spiritual care into personalized care plans.
• Facilitate rituals, ceremonies, and pastoral visits reflecting diverse faith traditions and beliefs.
• Serve as a liaison to local clergy and the community to promote awareness of spiritual issues that may arise during provision of program services
Key Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in divinity, Theology, Pastoral Counseling, or related field from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospice, palliative care, or clinical pastoral education preferred.
• Deep cultural humility, strong interfaith knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills.
